The next two locations are by the large tree next to the mines entrance. One is in the hole in the ceiling by the purple glowing meteor, and the other is right next to Vulture Aid on a concrete bar. The first two locations are in the spawn room, past the hole you would usually slide down. Once you pick the first crystal up, the second crystal will spawn and you can do the same thing for that one. Once you find your first crystal, you'll want to shoot it until it moves to a location where you can pick it up. There's quite a few locations where these can spawn, but you can find them all right here. Once you place the switch onto the panel, you'll hear Alex ask you to find and purify two supercharged crystals.
